As foreign tourists, we loved the hotel's convenient location, just a short walk from the train station and the aerobus transfer service to the airport. It made our arrival and departure hassle-free.

Felt right at home, no complaints at all.

Good breakfast with fresh pastries and filter coffee. Helpful staff. Close to the station for easy transportation. Walking distance to city center and attractions. Fresh linen provided.

Some aspects of the hotel fell short. the staff could be rude at times and there were instances of miscommunication, such as not having certain amenities when they actually did.

My stay at the hotel was overall comfortable and enjoyable. The location was convenient, being close to both the train station and city center. The room was spacious and the staff allowed me to have coffee and snacks, even though I had to leave before breakfast. Additionally, the staff made a point of speaking directly to my daughter and she loved their friendliness. I would recommend this hotel.
